Jack is the consummate realtor. He walked us through every step of the sales transaction never ceasing to communicate with us constantly! When confronted with an issue, he recommends good solutions and believe it or not, it worked! Our initial sales contract fell apart on the "12th hour" on account of the other party. Jack was so positive that he got us a 2nd contract within a few days. And this contract CLOSED very quickly! This was not an easy task as he was representing us on a 4-unit owner occupied property. This review is LONG OVERDUE but I'd like to say without Skye my family and I would not have a home right now. I came to Skye mid December 2023 looking to close on a home by early February 2024. I was living in California at the time and Skye was able to work with me on finding a few properties early so I could come out to Reno to tour in a day. After 2 tours we were able to find our first home in 4.5 weeks! Skye was able to make the process very smooth and explained every step along the way. Our buying experience with Connor was fantastic. In the beginning he took the time to listen to things like our budget and our list of needs and although all of those things for us narrowed down our options quite a bit he didn’t let that scare him away or try to make us compromise he just sent us listings he found that fit our needs and responded to our every question no matter when it was in a timely and professional matter. When it came to actually putting offers in on homes since we bought during peak times so things were getting bought up very quickly he helped us write several very good offers and gave us tips and ideas on how to sweeten our offer to make it look more enticing then the next.
